Saving St Mary's concert by candlelight on Paradigms radio (May 14 2017)
Thank you to everyone who attended the concert at St Mary Chithurst on 1st April. It was a wonderful evening and the packed church, adorned with fragrant flowers, candles and fairy lights, had a magical Midsummerís Nightís feel. Almost £600 was raised for the roof restoration. Work has already begun to ensure the future of this remarkable 11th century church for years to come.
Baruch Zeichner, host of Paradigms, broadcast the live recording of the concert on not one but four radio stations in Oregon, Vermont, Ohio and... Alaska! Baruch says, 'Listeners have commented to me how amazing this concert was, and some people are listening to it again and again. What a treat for all of us who could not attend!'
You can listen to and see photos from the concert at Paradigms.Life
